LV Repair Service

It's totally FREE. At least here in NYC, Soho LV. My friends bag just came back from repair today, no charge at all.

i think it depends on the bag and the SA/customer rapport that's present. my SA in Hollywood ships me things for free, but my SA in South Coast gives me tons of freebies (catalogs/dustbags/etc).. no free VIP stuff though.. i think i gotta buy some luggage first. haha. which should be soon!

CAREFUL- I didnt buy the suede cuz the SA at LV said it wouldnt last!

that bums me out. why would an SA say that? and why would LV make something that doesn't last and charge so much $$$$ for it?
I have such a love/hate thing for LV these days.

My beagle ate my straps and I had a slight tear on the inside of my shopping sac , so I had them do both. Less than $200 with shipping.

You know what...I pulled the receipt just now and they had it listed as a babylone when it went in for repair. It's not a babylone...I think it's a shopping sac. I don't really care. I LOVE IT!

From what my SA told me is that there is a one year warranty and any repairs needed within the first year of purchase is free but it excludes the straps for handbags. After one year there is a charge.
