DE leather doesn't Patina..
Are you sure she wasn't just being polite?

Yah! I knew she was not very polite when I heard she said the leather has patina, it sound "funny" to me since my bag was a DE bag. But she mentioned that the leather was soften so they can't do hot-stamping for me. My mother bought a speedy 30 bag in DE not long ago. They did a hot-stamping for her newly purchased item instead.

It was until today, I heard from a friend that a month ago, LV also rejected hot-stamping service for her 2 months old bag. The SA told her that LV can only do hot-stamping on small items now. But..they hot-stamped on my mother's newly bought speedy about a week ago. I think they only provide such a service with newly purchase bags ...bags purchase on the spot.
They should let customers know that they only provide free hot-stamping with newly purchase bags instead of finding excuses. Not very happy about this, but was not totally disappointed since she checked the bag and never mentioned that was a fake one. It was a mix feeling.

I saw this LV bag on EBAY that I loved and asked the seller to take more pictures of the bag because there was only a couple of pictures and they were blurry. So anyways the seller did not want to send or post any more pictures. Lesson learned if they don't want to post any pictures then stay away.

Yes that is annoying, I send a ebay seller 2 questions but never got the answer. Anyways I lost today. I was overbid. It was a beautiful epi Montaigne clutch.
Well next time then.
I find it very exciting to wait and to bid. Almost like a game. Especially with my low budget.

That's too bad you lost but another one will come around for you. I won a speedy 25 monogram canvas today, great price too. If those Ebay sellers would of taken more pictures I would of bid on their item. It was not meant for me then LOL!

Im sure its authentic bcoz i purchased from emaishida which is guaranteed by my poupette and have 100% rating on ebay.

Yes you can. A friend of my had a wallet from eBay and let it hot stamped in the LV boutique. I live in Europe. Don't know the rules in the US though.

Well i live in malaysia, i just called lv cust service 4 times within this week and ask about the hot stamp on the speedy
And they said tht the SA didnt trained to stamp on the bag. They only make a hot stamp on a small leather goods only. They said tht their wont stamp on the nag bcoz the stamping might burn the bag.
This case really make me upset. And i can't sleep thinking about it. Im a very huge fan of stamping, this really make me sad seriously :'(

Well in our country the SA aren't trained to make the hot stamp that is true but you can ask when the "specialist" is in the boutique. Can't you make an appointment on the phone?

I just got a mono MM neverfull for a bargain on EBay. I am so excited. It will feel good to use it without worrying about every little bump. Just like that first used car you get your kids!

If you hot stamp a bag with patina it will flake! Try a clochette or luggage tag
