What qualifies you to be VIP ?

I don't think it's necessarily stipulated that you're a big spender at LV (although that would definitely be helpful) so much as you have a close relationship with your SAs. I remember a thread mentioning that SAs would only have a certain number of invites to give to customers. Can't seem to find you a reference though. ush:

I've gone a couple times. It's fun, but you always end up putting yourself on the list for one of the new bags. The last one I went to in February I got my LV Mizi Alligator 8-)

I've been invited twice, both were shoe events I think. And I'm not a fan of LV shoes...so I didn't go. Oh, and for one event, my SA had mentioned that the bags start at $5K. That scared me away.

That would scare ma away too!!!

I have been invited to a few shoe events. I go to check everything out and visit with friends (the LV staff). Sometimes I get offered limited edition items before they go on sale - but alas, not for free.
