I actually LOVE what you did to this bag! I was at the store today contemplating if I should get it or not...I was looking at the Vanity pm bag as well that was just released and I can’t justify spending that amount of money on a bag that’s similar to the Nice mini. I may have to re-consider after seeing your post :P

Thank you so much! I also plan to attach a gold chain to use as a longer top handle so I can carry the Nice mini on my elbow. I'll post another picture when I get the chain! My SA was telling me dressing up the Nice mini is the better way to go unless you really like and are willing to pay for LV "collectors" items, that's why the vanity pm is priced so high (like the Cannes etc). I do like the black and reverse monogram detail on the vanity pm though .

@Shopaholic71 That’s a great idea with with gold chain. Please post more pics when you get it! I’ve seen a girl on YouTube add a lock as well onto the bag. It looked so good.

That’s true about the collectors items but still, it’s more fun to dress up your own bag that way though. The only collector item that I regret not getting would be the bento box bb a few years back >_<

I also ordered the Vanity PM and am so excited to recieve it! I recently got the Palm Springs Mini as well but knew this was coming out so I held off on using it so I can get the Vanity PM to compare! I know they are both different bags but since this is a limited show/runway piece, it won't be available in the future like the PSM would (though a bit harder to get). How do you find opening/closing the Vanity PM? Is it cumbersome because the zipper goes around the bag and does the bag tip over and things fall out? I'm really hoping it's easy to use!!

Hi, would you mind sharing a picture of how you attached the D rings? Do you have the feeling that the tiny straps that hold the handle are strong enough to support the weight like this over a long period of time? I love the idea of the Mini as a crossbody bag because I couldn't use it as a handheld bag.

Hi there. I ordered these D rings that open so you can attach it quite easily. They fit really well! Not too worried about the vachetta tabs being strong enough because the nice mini is not a large bag so you wouldn’t be carrying anything too heavy anyways. With the d rings, I can interchange the straps I use like a top handle strap (I ordered from Etsy for my LV neo noe) then I can use the nice mini as a handheld or wear in the crook of my arm! Sometimes I keep both shoulder and top handl straps attached!
