, I’ve seen the darker zipper on the old models of the psmreverse. Maybe your model is some kinds of intermediate step between the old and the new model? Like some have mentioned the differences in the stitching on the sides of the backpack. At least you can try to call CS and ask if this is normal. Maybe they can help you for now.

Yes I didn’t realise how long the Clemence Wallet is after I bought it. It’s a beautiful wallet but in hindsight I wish I bought the Victorine. Thank you for the photos they were very helpful.
