db, where is your friend coming from? if she's from the US, then LV prices in Jakarta will be a lot higher, so perhaps it's better to buy in the US.

LV has reduced their price in singapore due to the fall of euro dollar. i was in singapore in january and so shocked that LV has reduced prices by around SGD 80-120. it made me add more to my collections

i know that europe's pricing without gst is the cheapest. i'm not sure if it's cheaper in singapore but i know that they have reduced prices .
the great singapore sale will start on around 20th may. hope u enjoy ur shopping trip . i wish i can go to singapore too
