I would recommend you talk to the store manager and demand they refund your cc asap.I’m located in US. LV’s service is so inconsistent that it takes the joy away from purchasing their items. I rarely contact SAs for purchases and just stalk their website. This time they reached out and said they can do a preorder so I went with it. No more pre orders for me going forward. If it is not meant to be, then so be it.
