If you preordered and the status shows as submitted in your online account or have an order confirmation email, I wouldn’t worry. In my experience if there’s an issue you’ll receive an email cancellation and the payment will be refunded.I preordered one item on 9/4. CA helped me that day sent a message saying that there was a technique issue and Xmas collection is not available for preorder so I might not get it. Does anyone have the same experience?
