I have the smaller one. I actually started a thread about how much to carry in a tote, but didnt get many responses. No i carried a wallet (zipped section)phone and keys. and some lip gloss. I will take a photo w/ my phone tomorrow. It wrinkles on the ends, it might be cause of my arm on the side of the tote when i carry it.??

Does this alter the overall look/shape of the bag as a result? :hrmm:

I tried this bag on at the store but found the shoulder straps to be a bit short.

Hi Cookiepieface:

I purchased the GM white mutlicolore the day they launched and I have carried mine three times already and haven't noticed it looking the way you've mentioned. I would take it back and explain the problem to your SA. They are usually pretty good about that at my boutique. I am sorry that's happening to you.
