Definetly not sure about the material of the ornament pieces.. I would think it’s rubber.. and for rubber i wouldn’t pay that much. That was the reason I went with the kusama keepall in the end instead of the ornament keepall
If it really turns out to be rubber (still crossing my pinky it isn’t), I would head over to Kusama speedy Empreinte with the flower print as well.

Looks cute! Not sure if these are asia exclusive?

I got high res images from my CA. She confirmed this is a new type.

Price will be SGD$4,350, and measurement is 19 x 6.5 x 13.5 cm

According to measurement, I think can at least fit a normal iPhone (not pro). It's so cute. I guess the price is kinda justifiable with the charm and a card case?.. I would still be more comfortable to buy if it's around SGD3k range..

Someone I know was at the Paris event in July and he told me the material felt like rubber :/ I am also not sure how to create such a ornament effect with leather? Would it be possible with leather?

The Empreinte flower speedy is so pretty!!! Love love love!!!

I also like the ornament city keepall. I’m thinking it’s likely to be hard leather rather than rubber. I don’t think I can afford to get both as they are likely going for an arm and a leg!

Need more info, price and pictures on them!!! :confused1: After that, I need to be able to pre-order to secure the one I want. So much to do!!!
Pre order both you can always send one back - only problem is, if you’re anything like me you’ll love love love both and want to keep them. Thinking Speedy is the most practical if the City Keepall had a handle the choice would be more difficult- not having a handle is annoying!

Ladies, let me share some canvas geekery. I might have mentioned before that the Kusama canvas is quite different from the regular Monogram. The brushstrokes are not simply painted on, but to achieve an actual 3D feel, the plastic top layer is embossed with them. But since they probably couldn't put these extra thick elements onto the finished canvas, they embossed both the strokes and the regular canvas grain at once. But this is where the twist comes, the grain pattern on these Kusama pieces are quite different than the one on the regular products. The regular grain is like hills and valleys, but the Kusama grain is flat with lens-like discreet bumps over it. I wonder if they will feel different, but up close they certainly look very different.

I don’t know much about how leather are treated.

I’m just hoping that it’s something like the monogram seal keepall debossing kind of effect from 2021? Also the recent alma debossing in steel blue also kinda looks hard.

But if it’s leather then it will be hard to decide @Sleepy81 made a good point about the handles. Even though I don’t really hand-carry my bags, I do use the handles often to lift my bags here and there. I admit I use my keepall city less often because of that reason.

Yes yes. At first, I thought the Kusama dots were flat-printed. But I saw some high res promotion videos from LV’s insta account that the dots are imitating a paint-on-canvas effect like a “painting” with the uneven brush strokes create when using a paintbrush.

It’s literally “painting on canvas” when it’s done on the monogram bags.

My Catogram pieces are similar, nice to know it will be like this and not just the simple screen print.

The wrinkles say that they are leather, but I wouldn't be surprised if they had a rubber-like finish like the leather on Damier Cobalt pieces. Vuitton seems to have mastered its debossing technique lately, and now they are using it to the fullest.

What do you want to know? I only have US prices so far. But these contain just bags, no slgs. I bet slgs were to hard to produce, since the ornament style it at each corner and slgs would be to small.

- Keepall 50 : 4600$ / 3500€ (white / shadow grey)
- Soft Trunk : 3750$ (white)
- Cruiser : 3150$ (shadow grey)
- City Keepall : 2930$ (shadow grey)
- Sac Plat : 4350$ (white)
- Soft Trunk WW : 3150$ (shadow grey)

If you need a SKU just ask

Btw. The keepall has studs on the bottom, which is a pretty cool feature!

Here are pictures of shadow grey. They should be same color, I think it’s the lightning why these look different

Thank you for these sneak peeks !! I can only imagine these are leather from the prices you listed. I was hoping a tan shade similar to Arizona would be released. Can't wait to see the SLGs. Very Baroque- style. LVoe it.

That's really cool!! If I am lucky enough to buy one of these and anyone I don't know well questions it, I plan to tell them that I got sick of the monogram so I commissioned my child relative to paint the bag and that they were "inspired by playing Twister".
