She said it wasn't LV that shut her account down. I'm also not 100% sure if she was actually copyrighting the photo with (c), but using an @ symbol as a watermark
Well, technically she isn’t wrong. Third parties cannot directly shut Instagram accounts. Only Instagram can shut instagram accounts. However, Instagram can act at the behest of a third party in certain circumstance. For instance, if LV actually filed legal paperwork for whatever reason, copyright/breach of whatever, instagram would have no choice but to comply. The end user (ie foxy) does not need to be notified of the identity of the plaintiff. So it could be LV’s doing but she just isn’t aware of it.

Yeah that’s what I mean. There isn’t anyone else who is getting “hurt” by her account except LV. It takes a bit of work to get an account suspended and even more to get it taken down completely. Must have been in the works for a while.
