Kevin McKidd is Scottish and looks damn good in a kilt. Only thing missing is him speaking with his Scottish accent. I've only heard his American accent from watching Grey's Anatomy

Hogmanay in Edinburgh has been on my list for years. I hope one day I'll get there finally .....Most men are in trews year round, the kilts come out on hogmanay (although I wear a kilt al year round)
