It's a classic. There are definitely more of them around than ever, but a lot of them are fake ... it became more popular over the last 10-15 years ... either way, does not go out of style.

Is it, though? Or is that our perception due to social media? It would be interesting to see exactly how many people are aware of it outside of a specific demographic. And how many people actually own one.

Same with me. Actually I live in the Midwest and have never seen another person wearing one, and I've only met one person who even knew what it was. This is what persuaded me to get it. I had it in my head that they were so basic and ubiquitous that it didn’t make sense to purchase. Then I actually looked around my social circle of fairly affluent women and only a small handful (maybe 5 of 50+) had it. Same with Chanel or VCA. Social media, you tube and Pf give the impression that they are over the top popular, but I don’t think that’s really the case.
IDK I think most everyone can recognize the LOVE bracelet. It's very well known if you ask me.I'm in the Bay Area in an affluent area, however, I have only seen it on one person in my spin class. I agree that it's a beautiful understated gold bracelet that will remain a classic. It truly goes with everything I wear and I enjoy that it's under the radar for most people--it makes it feel extra special to me.
