where there's supreme, there's going to be reselling. for some reason LV underestimated this problem. i definitely agree the hype has gotten to people, including longtime LV buyers that wouldnt normally bat an eye at supreme anything. I don't have a problem with them getting preferential treatment unlike the supreme fanboys crying foul. the handling of the release is what it is. cant change anything at this point.

I'm on ebay very frequently searching for LV deals. And I thought I would share what's been at the top of the page for about a week. I'm not a supreme fan, I was only going to get a card holder because of the hype and of course I can't.

But it does stink for those who really like both brands and were looking forward to getting something and only having the option to pay $$$$ on ebay. I get it's supply and demand, but everyone knew the demand for supreme was huge, so they could have adjusted the supply accordingly. shrugs.ebay_supreme.png

The majority of the stuff that is on eBay right now is probably acquired from the pop-up stores. Lining up/first come first serve is resellers' turf. However, I think the way LV handled the launch for the 14th is quite appropriate as it was up to the SA to award the chance to purchase the collection to clients they like and trust. But I agree with your point about those determined to get the products just to flip.

I also don't blame those who were granted their orders wanting to keep some and sell some, it's good money for them, and I guess that's the reward they get for investing and being loyal at LV prior to all this :p

You will be surprised that so many people are selling their VIP/Backdoor orders on eBay and didn't even bother to blurring their order number.:happydance::happydance::happydance:

kevinh73, ironically that's exactly what I did. I needed a new damier graphite wallet to replace my old one and when I went to purchase it I thought I'd try to see if there was any info the SA could give me about the release. After I filled out the form and gave my payment info, there was absolutely no replies to my follow up attempts.

I think limited production is a great idea. It makes things truly unique and people would appreciate more of what they have acquired. And when the original owners are ready to give up on them, there is a whole 2nd hand market with willing buyers to make sure the product made does not goes to waste.

Did you ever try reaching back to your SA that you spoke with and asked if your order had gone through?

Hey Guys and Gals, I haven't been on here for awhile. But I am happy to I got all of the things I asked for. There are still Keep Alls available I got a red one today. Yes I am a VIC but even I still had to put my working in. DON'T LOSE HOPE.

Ok guys here she is, my lovely LV Pochette Jour GM. Excuse the bad lighting and all my lip products :) I put a sort of unboxing onto my IG stories today and got so many DM's it was crazy. People trying to buy it, people asking if I could help get them one and sadly I can;t. A lot of people asked whats the most I could fit in this bag and this is the limit below. It has to be flat-ish items of course.
