I keep on thinking LV and Supreme know what they are doing. Have Hypebeasts hype up the collab by waiting in line for days to garner awareness among general public so VICs (the ones not that were not hyped up yet) will get into the whole collab and order a bunch of stuff. Release items via pop up to move part of the inventory. Some people will buy those items from eBay, Grailed, etc. But in the know VICs will buy them through reservations. In the mean time, LV announces no more pop up and release date unknown.... while they furiously produce more inventory as they had misjudge demand.

I would not be surprised if one or two months from now, LV officially release the inventory via online to avoid long lines outside stores and limit the return period to 5 days and store credit only so that some flippers will ended up stuck with their purchases/ or store credit. I mean just look at Fragment pieces. Almost everything is in stock now. And for those of you old enough to remember the collab between Murakami and LV back in the days, when it first happened, waiting lists for those bags were a mile long. But after a year, they were mostly in stock online and in stores. You can be sure LVMH will not only want to milk the profit for this past quarter, but also for current quarter.

i was thinking about this too, like it or not, LVMH is a corporation with investors and a board. Supreme can let all the extra profit they would make from producing more sit on the table because they have no one to answer to but themselves, while LV still is bound by their investors and their board, who will want to milk this collaboration for every last dollar. I would not be surprised if (and am almost expecting) select pieces were released online. Although, I haven't really seen the Fragment collection that much in stores... is it still available?

You can still order stuff (here in USA) for stuff that's left remaining in stores. I just placed a confirmed order via my SA for stuff they still had at one of the flagship stores. There's some RTW (lots of camo and shoes), barely to no any SLGs. They'll basically do a direct order with the store and ship it to you (or your local store).

If you really want it, ask your SA nicely and see if they can contact the flagship stores for stuff that's available. Mine contacted me to ask me if I wanted to buy anything that was left remaining.
