That’s generally what Client Services is known for, misinformation. I hear about it CS providing misinformation often in the stalking thread. If you’re near a store, take your bag to LV to have a CA inspect it for you.

Unfortunately, closest store is 4 hours away.

Okay, I just picked mine up the other night and it was just the strap so I have a new strap on order. Based on that IG post it is also just the strap. Not currently aware of what the other issues are, would love to know if you hear more.

Since Saturday, I’ve been eyeing the Muria in Vert Lagon, taking into consideration the lower price/taxes in Hawaii. It pairs well with monochromatic attire. I love how the color varies depending on the lighting. One of my CAs mentioned that it will be offered in other colors in the coming months. Off topic, another CA chimes into the conversation and mentioned the Empreinte Pallas Clutch issued to employees will be released later this year in several colors. Yes to more leather handbags in more colors!

Did they happen to mention when the Pallas Clutch would return? I’ve been searching for one on the preloved market, but I would love to get an empriente new!
