Oh did cancel because I thought I started a conversation in the wrong place (thinking it was a public area and didn’t want your information visible). Oops, my bad! Let me see if I can find it again, thanks for bearing with me!

Anyone here is from Vancouver, Canada?
Help needed!
Last week just bought a black epi Soufflot in LV store, but after some more online browsing, I finally set my eyes on the neonoe MM in all black epi! So decided to return the Soufflot, but the store manager said it’s not in “sellable condition “ anymore, due to this tiny scratch of leather at the edge . If you don’t Zoom in probably won’t even notice it.
Anyone has any idea how to deal with this? This is just ridiculous, a 4000 CAD bag, just after one week, they refuse the return or exchange?

Did you use it since purchasing or did it come with the scratch? And were you able to resolve the issue? Good luck with Vancouver stores.. services has been going down somewhat.
