Last week just bought a black epi Soufflot in LV store, but after some more online browsing, I finally set my eyes on the neonoe MM in all black epi! So decided to return the Soufflot, but the store manager said it’s not in “sellable condition “ anymore, due to this tiny scratch of leather at the edge . If you don’t Zoom in probably won’t even notice it.
Anyone has any idea how to deal with this? This is just ridiculous, a 4000 CAD bag, just after one week, they refuse the return or exchange?

I’ve worked with a few really good ones lately in the store that I’ve been please with - Keturah, Hunter and Summer. It’s so hard to get to work with them directly in the store due to Covid since a lot of the time you have to wait to get inside due to how busy they are.
