Stopped into my local mall yesterday to do some holiday shopping and went into the LV boutique in Bloomy's. I ended up getting a toiletry 15 (I had returned one previously) and a mini pochette in mono. I asked to see a key cles and told the SA (who I also believe is one of the managers) that I only wanted to see the cles as I was planning to get one in April (need to pay off my purchases from the last 3 months :). Anywho....She said no problem, but that I should not wait to long to get it because she thinks there may be a price increase in early 2016. She did not elaborate. Of course I just HAD to get the cles yesterday.

Interesting about early 2016 increase.. I recently emailed LV customer service to fund out if there will be new colors for Mazarine and whether I should buy a black one now or wait for more colors to come out. They encourage me to hold out until next year. I wonder if this is a sign of a price increase? I am in Canada, the Mazarine is $3,250 in MM. If it goes up, I will die.. I cannot afford it even now, if it increases, I might just say good bye to it.. Anyone heard anything about an increase in Canada? Thank you

I am so tempted to buy pre-loved, and so scared to get a fake item. I may obsess over something and almost get it (pre-loved) and then the fear of fakes kicks in and I decide to save and wait until I have enough to buy a new one at LV store... and that is why I only have two LV items :) denim Porte Epaule and Bloomsberry DE. I am so dying to get Mazarine MM or PM ... need a second job :)

So far Canada has had 3 increases! With our continuously sliding dollar, it's only natural for them to do another price increase- I'm surprised they haven't done it yet. Maybe it's bad business to do an increase during the holidays as it may look distasteful to their consumers.
I bought enough this year to satisfy my LV bug and to avoid some of the increases. I am officially on ban island.

LV increase prices each year; I wanted to buy the NF MM DE but it costs 100 euro more in August than July.

Yes I do know that's LV does raise prices each year.

What I mean by "just today",I mean did you see the price increase on the franch website today.

ETA: I also do understand that price increase can happened multiple times of the year also.

Now I know why I think I paid too much for my Neverfull MM...I recall it was a “very good value” bag when it first came out, but when I bought it this year, it was a little pricey. I thought I remembered the price wrong...how much was a monogram Neverfull MM when it first came out? (I am in Canada)

I remember it being in the $6-700 range but this was 10 years ago..
