Pretty sure the OTG Reverse Monogram totes just had a price increase. They used to be 2630 and 2790 respectively for MM and GM and now they both increased.
Purchased OTG Empreinte PM last week for $2940 and it went up to $3100 today.

I noticed this too, I'm sure they have increased because the MM is now $2,770, that's a 5.3% increase.
Side note- I always wonder with all these price increases, will there ever come a point that people will no longer buy them. I mean what is the limit? On the go is still cheaper than the Dior book tote which is around $3.5K I think and it is canvas too.
The funny thing was, the day BEFORE the price increase - I was on the hunt for the OnTheGo MM and/or GM (couldn't decide between the two - MM was going to be a repurchase cause I got rid of it now I'm obsessed with it again but was still curious about GM). Literally every store in Cali was out of the two bags... and mind you, Cali always had great stock.
I was like, ok I will be patient - I will wait. Next day, the bags started popping up in EVERY store, and then I noticed the price is went from 2630 to 2770 on the OTG MM. GM also increased (and was also widely available at every store). I was floored. I went to Fashionphile to check their prices, and they increased some of theirs as well to reflect the recent price increase.
I have a similar dilemma, I want to get the neonoe in caramel but I am going to Europe next month (hopefully). There is no guarantee that it will be in stock when I go but it would be about $400 cheaper (with the customs tax too). If I can't find it when I go on vacation then I will just purchase in the US but then what if there is a price increase when I come back?
Just to note- if you can't find the bag in your local store but they have it elsewhere in the country they will ship it you or the local store for pick up. You have to call client services to do that.
Mini PA on my list for 18 months. Has gone from £195 to £280 in that time and it's never in stock online! I def don't want it that badly.
That was the thing too... I wanted to find the MM size bag in Hawaii as I was going in a month and a half but the MM seems to not be available in Hawaii a lot so I figured I would just buy in the mainland even if it's a couple hundred bucks more. I ended up ordering the MM size anyway after the increase and it's coming in a week or two.
I did try to contact stores from across the country regarding the OTG tote. The day before the increase, the stock was very miniscule across the country. Probably only 5 stores left in all of USA. I even contacted an SA in FL and he said they had the MM size then he never got back to me - and I checked the site, boom the MM size is gone from their store lol. Called client services and concierge, they could not place an order for me.
But then as soon as the price increase happened, they suddenly had stock and was able to place an order for me. So really, this was definitely elaborately planned by LV lol.
Wow! I think LV is the only company that can do this and get away with it. I can't think of any other brand that can increase prices like this, while simultaneously decreasing the quality and people still flock to buy it (I am guilty!). LVMH is one of the most valuable companies in the world.
Their strategy for price increases is astounding but it works. I'm not sure if it will keep on working though. At least not in Europe. A lot of people are hitting pause. The price increase that annoys me the most is the empreinte neverful that was increased less than 30 days after its official release. Not to mention that stocks of it were limited when it was released. With the traditional permanent items they severely limit stock and then once the increase goes through they flood with stock. I'm so glad that I'm at purse peace.
OT- Since moving to the US a few years ago, I have noticed so many woman carrying LV handbags. When I was living and working in the London and the South East of England I don't think I ever noticed a LV handbag. I used to take the tube everyday for university and work and I saw many Celine and Longchamp bags but not LV. So I came to the conclusion that America seems to be a much bigger target for LV, as well as Asia.
