Yes they do have price increases. I think its around 11% a year, but I could be wrong about that.

If you search the forum there are multiple threads on this already and multiple posts about LV's latest price increase strategy.
Louis Vuitton has not had an overalll price increase in years now. What they have been doing is increasing certain pieces (PM was one). From what my SA says there will be no more overall price increases and they are going to price new releases accordingly (which is high). Thus the reason for discontinuing older styles and remaking to up the charge.
Any idea when is the next price increase .Am in the uk ,Plan to get a neverfull before next .
I just hope quality control increases along with any of the price hikes. Customer care is hit or miss too. LV has been slipping lately on all sorts of items in every price range. I've seen weird missing stitches here and there, crooked seams, already peeling-sloppily painted/or missing edgecoating, spotty hardware etc... and someone just posted a tag sewn upside down! Ridiculous. Now you have to ask to see several identical pieces to get a fairly decent one and then hope for the best. Buying online is definitely a crap shoot. I'm not asking for perfection, there is no such thing but come on LV, get it together.
A while back some items actually decreased by $10 or so dollars, like the cosmetic cases and the cles.
Your S.A. is wrong. The reason for no price increases in the U.S. is due to the fact that the U.S. Dollar is very strong right now. There have been price increases in other countries recently. I truly believe that sometimes S.A.'s just pull these random statements of nonsense from their behinds...

i heard they won't increase theire prices ( just on the most popular ones .. like it happend this year with pochette metis, backpack.. and i'm pretty sure neverfull and speedy will get an increase )
one SA told me that she thinks the price of the neverfull will be increased as it is so popular and the last increase was 1-2 years ago?!?)
as for now LV is discontinuing the cheapest (canvas) bags and realising more expensive canvas bags..

Dude, calm down. I'm pretty sure you misunderstood what she wrote. LV does have increases, just not across the board anymore. She means that as part of the strategy to only increase new items, they are discontinuing old items, and coming out with newer versions at a higher price. She wasn't saying that was the reason they stopped having price increases, it is just a by-product of haltering overall increases.

This new strategy may have LV slip in some increases without people noticing and that is true, but they are not doing away with price increases all together. That was my point. Also please don't patronize me and tell me to calm down. I wasn't upset, I was just calling out another incompetent and ill-informed S.A. through the fault of inconsistencies within all levels of management.
Even your quote is wrong. She said no OVERALL prices increases. And your comment about "pulling nonsense out of their behinds" is why I told you to calm down. It was an overreaction when you clearly misunderstood what the person wrote.
Overall, there WILL BE PRICE increases in the future. I did not "misunderstand" anything, nor take it out of context. This solidifies my point! Overall, meaning "across the board" price increases on every piece will cease altogether, is a complete fabrication. Maybe you need to learn how to properly read and/or comprehend text? If the poster meant to say something else, that may be true. I'm just reading what I'm seeing and calling out the S.A. for their nonsensical myth that "OVERALL" Price increases ended indefinitely.
