Louis Vuitton Price Increase Master Thread *please include location*

Anyone know how many price increases there have been since May 2015 for Canada? I bought my Speedy B 30 from Paris that month, my bag was 970 euros (roughly $1300 canadian dollars) which was cheaper than the price in Canada, plus got the VAT refund. The bag in Canada is $1800, can't remember how much it was going for when I bought mine from Paris.

From May 2015 to now, I think 4 increases. I lost track cause it was so many! First 2016 increase was in Feb or March. Our $ seems a bit more stable so hopefully no more increases as our Ca prices are comparable to the US prices.

It has definitely happened. I have items in my wish list that i look at daily and most have an increase that has happened today. Looks to be 10 to 12% on some items but less on slgs.

NY2005 is indeed correct. I checked the UK website this morning and prices have officially gone up.

Wow, that is insanity! I'm so glad I bought my bag when I did. I don't know that I'll be buying anything brand-new again. My Speedy B 30 was the first bag I bought new from LV, and I guess the last.

Something very strange is happening. Some of the prices have reverted back to yesterday's pre increase price even when in 'your basket' .......so if you have your eye on anything check and you may be lucky! I expect perhaps a computer glitch and will be back to increase price tomorrow.

Neverfull mm increased 12% from £710 to £795. I just beat the increase. I received mine today from selfridges.

Ouch! Did you ask them to hold the bag for you? If so, ask then if they can honour the old price.
