Wow - I didn't notice that. I purchased the PM about 18 months ago for $1680. It is now $2340 + 13% tax now

I started following this thread yesterday, and finally made my first non-secondhand LV purchase (a Neverfull GM) last night. Something told me not to wait! It will be the perfect 27th birthday present to myself

In Ireland the Speedy 30 has increased €20. Its now €760. The Speedy B in 30 has remained the same since I priced it last year. Meanwhile the Classic 30 has increased twice since I priced it last year. Ill be buying next weekend if possible.

However i do have a friend checking the prices for me in Paris too so depending on that I may buy in Paris in April!

So that's about $860 in dollars? Still $110 cheaper than in the USA; the classic Speedy 30 is $970 here. I guess that's why we haven't had a price increase; we are already paying more than the rest of the world.

Are you sure? Speedy 30 costs 760 euro in Europe since at least november 2015. I have noticed the price because I was planning buy the classic Speedy. I bought her in februari for 760 euro in France

Yes, I also paid 760€ for mine in December.

Im pretty sure but not certain as an irish blogger/vlogger said she bought it December 2015 in LV Dublin for €740.

I have heard before that Ireland is one of the cheapest places to buy LV!

Thanks for letting me know about French prices. No point waiting if its not cheaper. However would there be other benefits to buying in France would you know? Thanx

Also, most countries in Europe include taxes in their price. While in the US, the tax is additional.
