Yay!!!!! i wish LV would be more consistent on the info they give out to the public. Some SA prob saw it out of stock for a while and assumed it was discontinued without really inquiring. So happy for you that u got it!!

CS/SA who found me my case told me that at the time I inquired, the stock was pretty much gone because summer was over but will be replenished by the time the season returns. He said there was no info in his system stating it was discontinued. That makes sense to me as they don't have any other sunglasses case being sold. It's not like a wallet that they can discontinue because there are other wallets to choose from. If they do discontinue this, that would be silly from a business point, unless they are revamping the item and replacing it with another sunglasses case. But really how much of an improvement can they make to the case? Lol. Good luck on ur hunt. I hope u get it as its a really great piece.

Its funny that you mention the second portion about how its the only sunglass case they make because the SA that told me it was gone mentioned that they were working on a new design LOL. The SA I talked to online didn't say anything other than they won't be making it anymore. I wish they were more consistent though, as you mentioned in the other post! Supposedly they're giving me free shipping as well!
While I was putting the order in via the phone the SA didn't mention low stock or anything! He just said "sure I can order that for you!" so I was really shocked. He said there was a huge wait list on the round coin purse though. (which I don't need at all because I don't use coins but it's SO cute)

Ni just talked about this with my as last week. Because we are one of (if not) the highest...every other country typically goes up first whenever there is a buzz about an increase. They start with the lower priced countries and proceed with the US being the last. As we are at the bottom of he lost, it usually gets to us 6mos to a year out of the initial buzz.....

Ouch! I'm so glad I bought my cles before that increase! $480 for a Vernis key pouch?! No thanks!!

I was supposed to pick up this bag yesterday before the price increase but then i dont want another black empreinte bag.... Ill have to take that price increase hit when the new mazarine color will come out in April [emoji24]

I ordered my first LV wallet last night to beat the increase. It went up by $60. I bought the zippy coin purse in vernis in the magenta color. Been eyeing it for awhile already, was hoping to wait to see if it was going to come out in poppy but have eyed the magenta long enough. Can't wait to get it! I'm a newbie to LV, can't believe the ton of info that's on this forum and thanks to all of you for the heads up! You guys have more information sometimes then the LV customer service rep!
