Hi - is the lock on your new bag straight/level? I received my Infrarouge PM today and am so in love with it - but the lock has been put on slightly crooked. I have a mono PM that has a very straight lock, so it's very noticeable to me. Otherwise the bag seems perfect. Frustrating! I don't want to return without the assurance of a replacement. [emoji52]

Oh my gosh! Yes that is definitely crooked. I would bring it back for repair. They might even be able to repair in the store. I understand the stress of letting it out of your sight, but I think it's worth letting them look at it. Keep us posted!

Thanks! I sent a note to my SA (online - who is GREAT) and she said she will a shipping label and get me another. I looked at it right before going to bed (not that I'm on TPF while supposedly sleeping - ha) and I can't live with it like this. The misalignment also makes it more difficult to open and close. [emoji20] So back she goes. I'm ok if I end up with another - not crooked!

Congrats! I love this bag. They had one at the holiday party in Charlotte last night. It was hard to be good. After scrolling through this thread, I fear my resolve is waning.

Get it if you can! I don' think it will be around long... I doubt you'll regret it. And if you do... it will be a HOT item on the pre-loved market. Let us know if you cave in and buy it, lol! :) #LVorDie

I got mine today!!! I almost had to wait for them to ship it from another store, but someone had ordered ordered one and couldn't pick it up until Thursday so they gave me hers. Thank God because I felt a little bad carressing it the way I did. lol. I couldn't help it! It was love at first sight. ❤️ (There are none in the warehouse but a lot of stores have multiples in stock. NYC has 0.)

I did look at the reverse monogram but it looked back at me and whispered sadly "you and I both know I'm not the one."
