Maybe is a blessing in disguise- I am starting to think. Idk how I feel after seeing many photos and videos I’m now on a fence about the bag. I’m 5’7” blessed with boobs I’m glad to donate to anyone. So not sure how it would look on me with the bag being kinda boxy shape against my chest. I’ll wait a few days if SA doesn’t text me I’ll just cancel and get hyped about next bag that I don’t know it exists yet lol.

Yeah I totally feel you on that! While I do like this bag, I was leaning more towards another style, that is readily in stock. I think the scarcity of this one is what’s making me want it more, haha!
Still, if it pops up online I will order it and try it on and decide to keep or return it, but if it remains out of stock I will just get the other bag I was eying. Because if this style takes 6-8 weeks (or more) to become available, I’m honestly not sure I’ll even still want it then … like you said, I’ll probably be obsessing over some other yet-to-be-released style.

I’m almost laughing at my naïveté thinking I could just breeze into a boutique and pick it up, and that I didn’t need to bother preordering it or have my sis who was in Italy when it launched look for it there. Oh well!

I even saw it ATB monday evening in EU and I was doubting too long because the delivery time was 6-8 weeks which felt so long to me, later it was sold out. I thought I could better wait for my SA to snag me one or order through him since he has never let me down. But now I read this thread and how hard to find it is I feel so stupid, I should just have ordered it and if in the mean time my SA has one for me I could have cancelled the online order 
well lesson learnedI was just told by the concierge that there is none in store or online. plus she has no visibility of when there will be a re-stock. She put me on a list.
So annoying. I have one stuck in my cart because it went out of stock as I was checking out a couple of days ago.

Surprisingly there are a lot of stocks online at my region , but not in the stores . I just requested my online CA to choose one good piece for me, hopefully it’s up to my expectations
I noticed people had played with the small chain to make it fit longer. Might try that if I ever get this bag. However I don’t like that even that same person sold the bag for huge profit. So this bag will make me think anyone that wears it might have paid over retail price for it. And also makes me think the hype is just resellers. Not really the love for the bag.
It’s crazy to me that people are already paying significantly over retail for this bag. It only launched two weeks ago! I mean, I guess if you really, really want it and can’t wait, but personally as much as I’d like to have it to use as my summer bag (and especially for an upcoming beach trip), I can wait. It’s not like it’s been discontinued; I’m sure LV will release more eventually. I think it’s already priced quite steeply for such a small bag; it’s not worth a penny more to me, but that’s just my opinion, haha! But it doesn’t bother me if people pay above retail; if that’s how they want to spend their money, that’s their prerogative. It does frustrate me a bit to think of the IG sellers who are potentially buying up the stocks of designer goods with the sole purpose of flipping them for large profits, making it very challenging for regular people to get their hands on them, but … that’s just how it seems to go these days. Sigh.

Actually online site has stock but I prefer to let my SA do the sales. When I was on the cruise, managed to retrieve my email and realised the item is ready for collection on Sunday (just the next day notice), I was quite surprised how fast it arrive at store. Going to try to pick it up later. Cheers and good luck to those who are looking out for this item.
But I am sure it would be worth the wait and I can see that it will be a versatile piece.

I was surprised that our regions have a lot of stocks too, I WhatsApp my online CA yesterday and immediately she said she has a ‘good’ piece for me, I hope the alignment etc will be up to my expectations

I preordered May 30 and it stated delivery would be Jun 12 - 15. Then email stated 3 a 5 weeks. I called customer svc and said LV would reply to my request for estimated date. Received no response over a week. I am in the USA - anyone else out there who preordered and received or not received? It is so frustrating as of course they charged my card day 1. Appreciate any comments.
Looks like there are 2 in stock, it is possible to call the store and have the bag shipped to you!
