It's called the Monograms Charm bracelet. I believe the gold bracelet alone retails for $3,000 - also available in white gold. It's more dainty than the original charms bracelet which retails for around $7,000 (remember this is just the bracelet, no charms).

Anyway, each of the individual charms for the new charms will retail anywhere from $900 - $2,500 depending on the charm.
