I've finally managed to get my proper YouTube unboxing up for my denim bumbag, link below;



I will say that this strap gets dirty quite easily, but nothing a waterwipe can't fix so far and when I show the close up of the strap, you might see what I mean in my video as I had been wearing the bag for about three days before I filmed this bit. I also show approx seven of my other LV straps I could wear with it, just incase anyone is interested and how I solve the problem of how to attach them as the D-Ring on this is quite chunky, hope this helps x

I just received and unboxed the Remix Denim Papillon I preordered in the beginning of December and this goes back like a boomerang

The bigger bag looks so sloppy and the denim in the smaller pochette looks too washed especially from the edges of the piping.
The leather strap does not look centered. I measured the bag from the sides and there is a difference of 6mm.
This is just sloppy craftmanship. My old denim speedy is SO much better quality and better looking denim as well.

So sad but I wanted to post this if someone is considering this bag.
I love the denim bags but do not know if I want to buy something else from the collection without seeing them live.

So what seems to be the verdict on the key pouch size? Most seem to be saying it’s smaller than other key pouches, yes? Mine is waiting at the store but I’m thinking of just returning….I really don’t have the time to go down there if it’s not going to work out.

I don't think I would find the metal clip to be comfortable when worn with the extension. Would need to try it in person to see where it hits.

I tried this in the store, cute bag but the design is flawed. I don’t belive the strap is going to be comfortable if you add the second one.

That's too bad. It's so cute, too. But your original denim Speedy is stunning. Looks brand new.

I tried this in the store, cute bag but the design is flawed. I don’t belive the strap is going to be comfortable if you add the second one.

I really believe this bag would have benefitted from a fully removable strap. I envision the white jacquard strap from the bum bag would have looked awesome to make the Sunset into a crossbody, rather than a strap extender.

I expect mine to be here by Wednesday and hopefully I like it!

That small Papillion is a material pencil case with a chain on it. When I saw it in person I was extremely shocked on how thin the material is. The older denim which you have is a thicker and heavier material. A lot of these pieces are definitely not worth the ridiculous high price points.

I’ll be returning mine too. The inner lining prevents the ability to hold even the minimum amount from the canvas cles’

I purchased the Pochette Hills and the Zippy Coin wallet. My large cellphone and the wallet fits in this bag. I almost ordered the Fairfax and thank goodness because my phone doesn't fit. I'm still on the hunt for some pristine pieces reasonably priced from the Marc Jacobs collection. View attachment 5924069

Yay!! The studs on the sunset strap are starting to bug me a little bit, but I’m really fussy about straps. Let us know what you think when they arrive!

I do love both bags. And the studs on the Sunset strap don't bother me, I really didn't notice at first! lol. I guess they add some flair to the bag, but again, really not something I'm paying much attention to (and I can obsess like crazy over things!). I doubt I will use the extender strap for cross body. I feel like I wasn't thinking of crossbody with that bag, and that is why I also went for the Fairfax!!

I totally agree with you. The pictures of the Papillon looked so much better in the catalogue than in real life. The bigger Papillon was also small and did not look so good when I tried it on (and I am only 160cm tall).

I haven't used it yet. Bad weather I'm going to probably use this bag when I go to on vacation in a couple of weeks. Online for the U. S. it's sold out. I wonder if it will pop back up. 🤔
