Anyone else still waiting on a denim piece? I ordered a pochette cosmetique on Jan 5 and it still says pending validation.
I ordered one of these too on Feb 1 and it just moved to shipping status in my order history.
I had ordered the zippy wallet on Jan 2 and didn’t get it until late February. It said pending order validation for weeks. Hopefully it will arrive for you 😊
It's best-friend cute...like... if your bestie wore it, you would let out the compliments and keep the negatives to yourself. It's a gorgeous choice of denim blue and with the right shirt (maybe a white blouse), it would compliment the attire. However, the pocket just seems out of sorts in the sense that when you swing it from your shoulder, the pocket is always going to determine the direction of the swing and it will swing clumpy.

Honestly I have this and as it gets wrinkled with wear and just looks crooked any ways. I would stuff it full and see how it looks then decide. I’ve been wearing mine every day with an old longer strap I have. Everyone thinks it’s vintage. Such a great bag. 😍
Thank you for the tips. I’ll try them and see how it looks. Also it looks like it was a return. There were no stickers or anything around the hardware but I could be wrong. Just this was a gift to myself since I’m strictly buying only one bag per year 😅, so I wanted it to be perfect 🤩
I agree for these prices u want something well made. Some of the denim is better than others and the whole line has a lot of variation between pieces. I’ve bought and returned almost the entire denim remix and kept a few. I also was picky with color and quality so I totally get it. Hope u find the one that works for u. It’s a really great lil worker bag. PS none of my denim had plastic or covers on hardware so far.
I always regretted selling my mini denim pleaty, which I bought for around $700.00 back in the early 2000’s. Now they are being sold for 2k!
I decided I’m returning the Pochette Fairfax. The strap is also very short and the hardware feels very light… given these and the pocket, I know I won’t be happy with the purchase.
I agree the denim remix collection had too many quality control issues. I bought 3 items and returned 2 for defects. I was shocked my $1000 wallet wasn’t fully attached in parts to the actual leather underneath. The entire denim fabric could be lifted off the frame underneath. I knew it would get worse. Having to explain it to lv was even more frustrating. They said they would have to look at it 🙄 they did finally accept the return but it was a chore.
I’m just going to stay away from it no matter how bad I wanted a few of those pieces. To expensive for the quality issues 🥲

I've always loved my MJ-era denim pieces, so these appeal to me more than any of the other "denim" lines LV has launched over the years. I didn't get anything, though. I've read too many horror stories about quality-control issues.
