it's crazy how many defects the artsy bag seems to have. I don't think i will buy this bag anymore ..

After my experience with this bag along with the customer service I received, I will, sadly, never buy another Louis Vuitton bag.

I have this problem with my artsy and sent it in for “repair” as the monogram has completely peeled off in SEVERAL places. I was told it was “normal wear and tear” … apparently a bag that is 6 years old and monogram has come off is “normal”???!

That's what I was told at 1 of the places I took my bag to. I'm sorry, but a bag this expensive, this is not normal. I have a LV bag that's 40 years old and never had a problem like this

Having the same issue! Can you please tell me which store exchanged it?? I have been in the store and they told me I'd probably gotten hand sanitizer on it (nope--don't use it AND it has continued to peel) AND sent it to LV headquarters and they told me it was normal wear and tear. No WAY. I have vintage bags that do NOT look like this.

Same thing happened to me and I have a bag that's 40 years old that is in great condition compared my Artsy. I read something on one of the social media pages that said if you put Vaseline on it, it will look better. So I smothered my bag and Vaseline, and left it overnight. The next day, I wiped it all off, and literally the bag looks brand new. This is, after I was quoted $2500 to replace the monogram part of the bag.
