I have a mini Givenchy Antigona in smooth leather. The hardware that you slip the strap into is quite loose so the bag often slips off of the strap and falls to the ground. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, have you contacted Givenchy customer service to have this fixed or have you come up with some DIYs to prevent slipping? Thanks!
