Didn't you talk to an Attorney? As I read, that you're in Germany, I was happy for you, because this should have been solved real quick then. I know the Boutique, I guess. I never buy there, they are the worst. That's why I only buy online or when on vacation.

No unfortunately I didnt. Well, I learned my lesson! Only bought online since then and some preloved bags in excellent condition.
Yes I also love buying on vacations, it‘s just so special then!
