Hello, does anyone know if the London store usually has a que first thing on a Saturday morning? I’ll be there in a few weeks and wondered what it was like. I want to purchase the new Senat nano, and usually make my purchases via distant sales but for this piece it has to be an in store purchase. Not sure if it’s going to be difficult to get as it’s new out.
I have never been on Saturday morning but I think that if you get there 15 minutes before opening time the queue shouldn't be too long.My husband went today (Thursday) around lunchtime and there was no queue but the shop was still busy.

Just bought my first goyard in this store! It was very busy, I went Friday around 12-1pm…line was about 30min, paying line was another 20. It was SLOW. Staff was very nice though, they showed me lots of options and colors and were very patient!

How were stock levels? I just wondering if they had any of the limited edition metallic bags in stock.
I can't say. The store is small and it was quite busy. I did see the new Hirondelle bag on display. I didn't notice any of the metallics, but it doesn't mean they weren't there. The SA asked what I had in mind and showed me my options. She was with me for about 15 minutes and then handed me off to the payment desk. It would have been nice to be able to browse. It seems wise to do your research here and have some idea of what you want before you go.

Thanks for replying. I guess I'm going to have to chance my luck sometime.

Goyard London has moved, they are still in Mount Str, but a little bit further down and you'll be glad to hear that the store is much much bigger. On entering you first come to a reception area, if you haven't shopped with them before they will ask for your email address and then hand you over to a SA who will take you into the store. I came to meet my SA so only had to wait a couple of minutes before he was free. About stock? Your best option is to deal with all this through your SA. Once you've been once stick with that SA and you can simply sent him a text to ask if anything is in stock so you don't come for nothing. If not available, my SA simply makes a note of my interest and contacts me when he has it in store.

Sounds great but the turnover of SA is so high. Sadly .
