Slung the prawn charm on it which truly fits the theme of the bag. Haha.

Earlier this week, I finally made up my mind to order the prawn charm "online", which I always try my best to avoid as I prefer to purchase in person. Unluckily, it is now "notify me when available". 😢😢😢

Just now I found another interesting bag charm (picture below) when I searched "loewe prawn charm" on google. The product isn't put under any category or available for online purchase. Yet, it's already in store in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and the US. (Haven't checked the availability in all countries/cities yet.) I have already reserved it to check in store soon. May take some photos then.

🐳💦Can't wait any longer to share as enough of the pod has arrived for this group shot! 💦🐳

So happy with my sperm whales and looking forward to taking them out. 🌊 The whale purse's opening is about the same size as the previously released whale bum bag so I'm used to getting things in and out. The whale coin pouch isn't big enough to hold a credit card but it can hold an earbud case and/or lippie or hand sanitizer or key fob (depending on the size) which is what I'm using it for.

For those wondering about stitching, here are some close ups. The stitching of the tails to the bodies had some funkiness but nothing I can't live with.

To the open ocean! 🐋

My nearest Loewe has the green one in stock, according to the website. Might make a weekend trip! I was wondering what it was made of, as the website just says “knit” (knit what?!). For the price I feel like I should get a regular, larger flamenco in leather … but it’s so fluffy and green. 🥹
The entire thing is made of polyamide according to our SA. We saw the green and grey in the store and the hand feel is great, but the flamenco purse is truly a silhouette that doesn’t work for guys (IMO). Very pretty but I think the leather flamenco purses are more luxe.

This charm opens up so it can actually hold something small inside. We have the passionfruit version of this, which can store AirPods as it is round. I recall this one is too small to fit but am not entirely sure.

So beautiful! Now we need to see some unpackings. 😉 What did you get, even if it is not from the Suna collab?

Thank you!
A little late as I was waiting for one additional item to arrive but here is my little haul :flowers:

Some Suna Fujita hamster pieces …

Really happy with what I got! And also loving what everyone else is posting

Question for those of you who ordered from the Loewe website... did it come with the holiday packaging when you received? :) Or is that mostly available if purchased in store? TIA!

In store I got once a Suna paperbag with tag and ribbon only for the magazine and when I bought the hamster regular box and paperbag, but with Suna ribbon and tag.

I remember for the Ghibli collabs, I usually got Ghibli box, tag and ribbon with online order and regular box, but with Ghibli paperbag, ribbon and tag in store.

Probably depends on their stock. My store often does not get everything from a collection or the stock is delayed. 😅
I guess it probably also depends on the SA. My prior SA was able or at least always tried to order what I wanted and what wasn‘t in stock, which I appreciated a lot. Unfortunately she left Loewe… 🥲
The new ones just tell me they don‘t have it and cannot order it, e.g. the whale bag.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that! Hopefully you find a new SA who can help you by the next collection launch. ;)

i cant recall exactly but i dont think it would fit a credit card flatly (against the belly) if that makes sense. MAYBE diagonally? but tbh i'm not certain. maybe @Tarochan can chime in?

I’m currently traveling and using the whale bag and coin purse. The coin purse does not fit a credit card, and I just use it as a bag charm. It looks great as a big whale in the photo. 😃
