Thank you, dearie! 😘 Actually not that I would notice. The graining was about the same, and the belly as soft. Also the shape how it was stitches was about the same. I haven‘t compared them side by side though as I had the MyTheresa one already packed up.
You did not keep one of the larger whale bags, only the coin purse?
I'm debating on keeping my whale bag. It's a bit hard to get into and out of due to the shape and the zipper being not that smooth due to the curve. What made you ultimately decide to return both? Did you keep the charm? What fits in the little charm? I saw it's on farfetch now and am debating getting that instead.
i actually returned all the whale bags and coin charm T_T i'm a bit sad and i do feel like i might regret my decision lol but i definitely want to use my bags and i just didnt realistically see myself using it often enough to keep it. i ended up returning the coin purse i had bc i felt like the quality was off/the stitching uneven in the one i got and there wasn't one to replace with.
@_jlv the coin charm definitely doesnt hold much, maybe you could use it as a airpods holder and small lip balm? the zipper on the charm felt similar to the bag btw but maybe it wont be as bothersome since it's shorter. here's a photo of the coin purse w/ smiski for size reference (if you're familiar)
Ty for sharing! Do you think cards would fit inside? I had the same concerns and returned the whale bag, I don't know if I'd get the cost per wear for it with my current lifestyle. If I miss it enough I may re-buy it in the future or on bergdorf/etc. I did take a chance on the whale coin charm on farfetch, I think there's a chance it comes out wonky too lol. I will report back.
i cant recall exactly but i dont think it would fit a credit card flatly (against the belly) if that makes sense. MAYBE diagonally? but tbh i'm not certain. maybe @Tarochan can chime in?
Haha yeah that was my issue with the bag too… was really struggling and the only way I made it work having it shoulder slung instead of crossbody.

My SA says the outer material is Polyamid and the lining is signature suede, whatever he meant with signature. 😅 He says the outer material being synthetic it should be pretty sturdy and shouldn‘t stain that easily. In case it could be dry cleaned.

I feel the same! I love the green and how fluffy it looks on the website😍 but it feels really expensive, especially as it wouldn't be an everyday bag. But I would love to read your impressions of it irl, unfortunately Loewe is the only luxury brand without a store in my city😫
