Thank you! Looks like there will be no visible mandrake. I put in hold amounts for the small cubi messenger (normal calf leather yay), the mandrake felt charm and the small flower dice - the compact hammock is very very gorgeous but it’s very very small for guys and has a very very short strap. We tried making it work in the store yesterday (with a “generic” compact hammock) and even for me I would need to resort to additional d rings or strap extenders to crossbody the bag. The hammock is the hardest to extend the strap for because of how it attaches to the bag… sadly not meant to be. (Plus satin calfskin ugh). The item pages are uploaded to the website now, looks like the mandragora is just on the inside

I'm telling myself not to get into all the adorable charms (that felt hammock with the lemur and panda!!) and I swore off the penguin puzzle or puzzle tote for the satin calfskin. But I want the penguin bag and trying for the black bears mini puzzle despite the meh leather. The penguin and panda leather boxes are also too cute to pass up. I've not tried a small cubi but you would recommend?Thank you! Looks like there will be no visible mandrake. My partner uses the normal sized cubi messenger as his work bag and it’s large enough to hold a small laptop. The small cubi messenger is significantly smaller but it still holds a lot. Super easy to get in and out of but the zipped top means it’s still quite secure. Drawbacks are that it’s a bag with zero structure so things tend to move around quite a bit if you use it without any internal organization and it’s fixed strap. The small cubi will hold a bit more than a small puzzle and I feel would work well even for a more petite person. Hope that helps!I'm telling myself not to get into all the adorable charms (that felt hammock with the lemur and panda!!) and I swore off the penguin puzzle or puzzle tote for the satin calfskin. Since we're a forum of enablers I'll say that if it's speaking to you, you owe it to yourself to at least try it out lol. It's the most distinctive piece, they even thought of that extra ring in the shoulder strap so the lemur's tail can stand. And there's nothing stopping you from using it on a daily basis...I just went through the site and I just adore the shearling lemur... However, I guess that would be a bag I probably would very seldomly use... How about you people who got the cow bag from the HMC collab - are you using this bag? If I would have the funds I would totally get it, but as I don't I would probably rather get something I actually could use on a daily basis...
I’m going to hazard a guess that some key items will sell out fast either due to popularity or scarcity - like the panda compact hammock and the lemur shearling bag, but because the artist collabs aren’t as universally popular as Studio Ghibli, we will see some pieces around (particularly the RTW) for quite some time. Past artist collabs like Ken Price and Joe Brainard even stuck around long enough to be sold at discounts.Does anyone know how quickly collaborations tend to sell out I already have fomo. I kind of wish I hadn't recently bought a mini flamenco so I could justify buying one from this collection. I'm debating getting an SLG but I can't decide which one and the satin calfskin makes me nervous. I can't decide which animal I prefer or whether it's better to get a card holder a coin card holder or a trifold wallet I like the bear coin card holder but I don't think it will be available in the UK as its not on the website. I also like the panda bangle but I'm not sure if it is worth it.
I guess not only the panda hammock compact and the lemur bag will sell out soon (or have already been sold out during pre-sale). The bag I am interested in, penguin puzzle fold, has all gone in one of the biggest stores in Hong Kong, as they are allocated only a few. I just wish the competiton at my home store, which is a smaller one (?), isn't too keen. Fingers crossed.I’m going to hazard a guess that some key items will sell out fast either due to popularity or scarcity - like the panda compact hammock and the lemur shearling bag, but because the artist collabs aren’t as universally popular as Studio Ghibli, we will see some pieces around (particularly the RTW) for quite some time. Go for fun! SLGs allow this so much better than a bag if youre style is more classic.I've been wanting to pick up a coin cardholder for sometime now and I think the lemur is so cute! I just don't know if I want something more classic or fun like this.
