Who can we float the idea to regarding the store decor lol, I want that otter and the penguin lights. They’d just get tossed in some warehouse to be forgotten otherwise!
I’ve brazenly asked the store manager for the Casa Loewe in Singapore about VM elements and they are absolutely not allowed to offer these to any clients. Hahaha. I’m sure if I am a VVVIC it can somehow be arranged but clearly I’m nowhere close lol.

Probably it is like with LV. When LV had the gorgeous Yayoi Kusama decor, my SA and me would have loved a piece of that.
My SA however said, unfortunately it will be just carted away and destroyed and it was actually pretty detailed and expensive produced looking decor… We already pondered how to catch the designated driver for that stuff and how to bribe them. 😅

Btw. I would love a review of the lemur shearling bag when you get it! Still dreaming about it, but not sure I can justify that price yet after spending so much on HMC and LV YK this year… 🥲

I'm not sure what you mean by panda accessories - but I got the bracelet yesterday (bought online) and decided to return it. I saw the reviews on the bracelet being smaller (?) so I got the M. My wrist is about 15.5 - was a bit harder to get into the bracelet but then once the bracelet was in, it slid almost halfway up my forearm. The design is cute, but I don't really see the value in it, but that's just my two cents though.

Interesting tidbit for anyone - I bought online and received a normal box but a designed bag - maybe it's holiday season exclusive? I'll get the scarf maybe today or on Monday. I wonder if there's a designed box for that.

This is somehow a product which hasn‘t been constructed properly in my opinion… It is so cute (same goes for the penguin piece), but the leather band without a closure, just so unpractical...

My sis has collected the lemur bag! It was a bit complicated and I even had to send photos of my ID to prove billing address and all before the purchase could be released to her.

Last one in the wild according to the SA processing the order. Japan is fully sold out as well!

It came shipped with the special packaging box! Not sure if my sis can fit it into her suitcase though. Would be such a waste if the box can’t come back.
Love it! Perhaps she can fit the box when folded flat…?

I tried store pick-up for online purchase twice in Hong Kong. Nobody checked my ID. But they do have these lines on the ready-to-pick-up email:

"Please collect your item within the next 14 days — you'll need to present this email and a photo ID.

If someone else will be collecting the purchase on your behalf, they'll need to show this email, their photo ID, a copy of your photo ID and a signed authorisation letter."

As you know, Japanese usually follow rules strictly, so it must be a hassle getting someone else to pick up an order. But I just wonder how a copy of your photo ID can prove your billing address...

I tried both size S and M in store today. Both are hard to get into (and get out of). The bigger problem for me is: the dice/charm keeps moving around, which is quite annoying.

Our Singapore ID does have our registered address on the back of the ID. But the bigger question is how would the store have visibility of my billing address? Anyway the collection was successful so I didn’t really bother to delve deeper also. Heh.

Will do! I have handled the bag during the Loewe dinner and the true challenge of this bag won’t be the capacity (it is what it is) but how to style it. I reckon it would be one of the most difficult bags to do so in our collection. Haha

I was invited to a Suna Fujita chocolate decorating event at the nyc location today!

They had chocolatier come in and show us how she tempers chocolate, and there were 2 different chocolate backgrounds that featured the panda and lemur motifs for us to decorate on. It was a lot of fun, and the chocolates had Japanese flavors — yuzu, matcha, buckwheat and others.IMG_9672.jpegIMG_9669.jpegIMG_9676.jpegIMG_9677.jpeg

Actually I would just lug it around with me like a pet. 😅

My problem would be rather fitting my essentials, or at least minimum iPhone, cardholder, keys and a foldable bag, just in case…
I normally also always take with me a passport, mini umbrella (Germany is pretty rainy…), tissues and snacks… And preferably also a mini iPad…

As you have seen it irl, do you happen to see if a iPhone fit (normal size, not that superbig one…).

Sharing a mini review of the lemur bag to help some of you make decisions! Sorry for the bad/unclear photos, I was in a rush at the time and will share proper photos later!

I ended up making the financially terrible, but wonderful choice of purchasing it because I really couldn't resist. (Yes I bought 2 because I was paranoid lol. The other was returned already dw)

It's actually very roomy! How much actual room you have will actually depend on the item itself. Unfortunately I don't have great photos to compare but here are the differences I noticed (left lemur will be A and right one will be B):
- A is larger than B because the hunch of its back is taller and more curved-- this means it actually fits more-- it fits my Samsung S22 Ultra (similar size to the iPhone Max) comfortably, however with B my phone is like an uncomfortable divider in the middle and you can see the corner sticking out of its chin lol. But other small essentials like a compact wallet, keys and foldable bag should be no problem, you'll even have room to spare.
- A has rounder edges-- you can see with the ears, nose and tail-- B has a sleeker, smoother, sharper overall look than A
- A ears and eyes were visibly misaligned when you looked at it from the top
- A's inner lining was sewn much better than B and had no loose fabric, however seems like the notch at the bottom of the bag wasn't sewn as well which you can kind of see with that crease on the bottom-- B's lining is very loose which kind of bothers me
- Size of the black for the eyes and nose for A and B are a bit different, I prefer B
- B grey shearling coloring is more even and saturated, whereas A is a little less saturated and bit patchy.

My choice: ended up choosing B because I preferred the sleeker, smoother look he has! I'll just have to carry my phone in my hand haha. But a mini iPad would definitely be too much imo

I also don't suggest stuffing it with too many heavy things because the bag sags easily and you won't get that plump look.

I also think it'll be pretty easy to style if you have simple fashion! I dress extremely simple and this is legit the perfect way to add a quirky touch (not to mention most of my wardrobe is grey hued). For an impractical bag, its quite practical! Will share mod shots when I have time!

Thank you so much for your usability report and congratulations to that wonderful purchase!
Love your detailed and helpful description of the bag! I think you chose a good one, when you decribed it one can see the differences. Excited for your modeling shots!
Your charms are so cute also! I was also pondering the lemur key holder (the color is just beautiful), but wanted to hold back in case, I splurge on the indeed financially unreasonable lemur shearling bag, which you are really kicking me over the brim, as I think it is just so joyful alone to look at. 😍
I also usually dress rather toned down, which is why I think I also would not have so much problem matching it (rather than worrying about it being too mini) as the lemur itself has a toned down coloring. I rather have problem with bright colors - e.g. my HMC Hammock Nugget has a still good size, but orange really is difficult for me to pair…

Took a couple of rushed photos before leaving for the airport! The bag for sure cannot hold an iPad mini but can fit my iPhone 15 Pro Max, a card case or wallet and my smallest water bottle (210ml, really tiny), I think it will have room for a really small umbrella but this bag cannot really be overstuffed or it will lose shape. The strap is not adjustable at all so you have to make do with the drop - it’s a perfect drop for me but I reckon this means it will be too long for a lot of you (I’m 180cm). If you wear the bag with the tail down it gets a bit lopsided but with the tail up on the strap it’s really perfectly fitting against body!

Unsure of when I would really use the bag but it should be a keeper! (Not like I have any way of returning…)
