Has anyone who ordered from mytheresa gotten a shipping confirmation yet?
Mytheresa at least in Germany was superslow the past 1-2 month. I ordered some dresses around the new year and they only shipped 1-2 weeks later. I ordered another 2 dresses last week at their sale and they are still not shipped and yesterday got an email, that they experience high traffic and apologize for delayed shipping. So, I would not expect them to be pretty fast now, too, given that my last order from last week still hasn‘t shipped. But who knows. Perhaps they surprise us.

The bag is fab, but can I just say I freaking LOVE the cat photo behind it. It's perfect with that bag, too.
Haha, thank you. It IS so good, non? A German author makes them, handcut collages, often with vintage magazine cutouts and very witty or fun captions.

That's good to know, thanks for the info! Definitely helps with the nerves  Mytheresa seems to do a better job of tracking their actual stock so i'm hoping that my 2 orders from there are safe...

I also find it comforting that it seems no SLGs have really been shipped yet. The worst will be if everyone else's are shipping except for mine :crybaby:

Did you get to go to the popup today? Curious whats left! I went to the flagship store today and only a few styles of bags, RTW, and wallets were left.
Yes, I headed to the popup from the flagship store! I was trying to get the magical sky coin cardholder but I think @lilneko69 nabbed it before I could. It was funny seeing some familiar faces between the two locations this morning, including an SA. When I left the popup around noon, the bags and SLGs were pretty picked over but I didn't look at RTW. I believe there were still a handful of the mini and small puzzles left, some Flamencos, and the Howl and Sophie T tote. I saw maybe 1 Heen charm, a Heen cardholder, a black Calcifer cardholder, and 1 Markl coin cardholder

The Howl feather cardigan was so fun to see, especially when the wind blew the feathers around!

Thank you! I can be patient, just wanted to make sure it's relatively normal!

weird thing that the small puzzle i ordered just last night has shipped but the mini puzzle and cardholder that i got during the pre-sale are still in preparation. not sure if this is bcs i put in my SIN # for the small puzzle but not for the other 2 pre-sale orders :confused1:

I’m living vicariously through you. Amazing Ghibli puzzle collection )) Thanks for sharing the pics.

I think I like the gift box best of all Looks so vibrant and sturdy.
It's true, the gift box is so nice. The image is really bright, high definition and the box is sturdy. I want to display it. I hope the other online orders come with a nice box too but it might be hit or miss. Also the other years did not come with a nice themed box. At least for me.

I'm sorry! There were 3 Magic Sky coin cardholders though. I got to choose which one I wanted because I didn't want the display one. There was an Asian couple (who scored the Magic Sky hammock!!) that took one too.

Did anybody see or try on the embellished scarf or coat? Have been trawling for photos of those pieces and have seen the coat, shoes, and boots on insta but not the scarf.

Still waiting on shipping confirmation to Canada, getting antsy!
I tried on the scarf and I ended up not buying it because I wear a lot of knits and I was afraid the jewels would catch on them. Hope that helps!

I’ve had a couple hours to think about it and maybe I’ll edit later once I’ve slept but the Rodeo Dr boutique midnight shopping experience was a total amateur hour that may actually be worse than the online IT.

Somehow they hadn’t programmed the system to permit them to do transactions since it was after hours, that took a solid forty minutes to fix; maybe something that should have been tested for?

We were told to scramble and grab whatever we were intending to buy so it was a weird polite but also aggressive free for all? People loaded bags into their SAs arms so that you couldn’t even see what was available or may have had additional stock in the back.

There was only one cow bag that they were protecting in the back (btw anyone doing the LA line up later today there’s only one cow bag) because an SA had been doing shenanigans of pre-selling items ahead of time. So it sounded like they were holding back random items for the regular launch day.

The first transaction that was going through took some crazy amount of time to actually process and despite the arrival around 11.40pm it took two hours to finally get out of there. Their point of sale system only had two checkout points which was entirely incapable of handling the fact that multiple people had items without sku tags and bogged down by inquiries on missing items (because they’re in some other SAs hand) and the register person having to try to find the sku.

There was weird feast and famine availability of SAs too bc one SA would run the POS system, another fed SKUs and then the need to package was another employee or two. I’m not sure I saw any of the special packaging beyond the shop bag itself. Def saw no notebooks.

All totaled I spent seven hours at the movie event and boutique to be denied a cow based on shenanigans and walk away two cardholders and two charms. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee…… not.

I second this. I was there as well - it was chaotic and now feels pointless because when I went back to the store today to exchange something, it was empty and there was plenty of inventory. I know they are a new location, but the brand should have the leadership to pull together a well thought out, curated and organized experience. The only saving grace is that everyone who attended was really nice and I loved meeting some likeminded people. :)
