The issue for these brands is that 99.99% of the time their server load is minimal so it will make no sense for them to increase server capacities just for one or two limited drops. So this happens to almost every brand that has done such things.

yea I would say this is normal given the amount of web traffic this site is getting + hype around this collab - just keep persevering and refreshing!

It's just the realities of differentiated pricing in various parts of the world. We received the lookbook in Japan from the Tokyo SA, and the feather flamenco that goes for S$4,500 is converting to around S$3,800 before tax rebates... We are "losing" S$1,000 securing the items in advance with our SA in SG. Haha.

Worse. At least last year the add to basket was functioning if u were lucky the page loaded, it was just a slow crawl to the checkout
