just tried it now with a guest account and it really only applies for a dress by Ganni (I randomly put different items to try). Didn't work for shoes or bags (besides the Puzzle bag I also put a Bottega Veneta Pouch in the cart)... oh well, have to wait for a sales by Loewe then.^They do have the Loewe horseshoe bags for 50% off though.

Did you order from them before? I read that they sell fakes? The discounts are so good I keep on thinking it's to good to be true.
I have ordered a couple of things, nothing super expensive, but my understanding is that it is a legit website. It is a German company with a brick & mortar address in Düsseldorf. It has been operating a very long time, and is number 1 fashion website in Trust Pilot where it has outstanding reviews. I want to think that if it was a dodgy shop the German authorities would have closed it long ago.
I know none of this can give 100% and even the most reputable stores can have fake returns etc. I personally prefer to buy my Loewe stuff from Loewe as far as possible. But I do believe Fashionette being a legitimate seller... The stuff they put on sale tends to be seasonal and other stores like Mytheresa or LouisaVR also run 10% off promotions all the time these days...
