So no one has any modeling pics of the small/medium lockets?

I'm leaning towards the tiffany locket. Now I just have to pick the size. I think the larger one is a bit more me, but I'd have to wait a little longer for it.

YAY! HF :D :yahoo:

Yeah, I'm not a huge tiffany's fan, but I do like the shape better. If I were to pass it down or something, the brand does add to it. It would be a no brainer if the smaller one worked well, since it's the same price, but I think the medium is more my style. I'd have to save up a little longer for the tiffany locket, but it's my end-of-year gift to myself, so we'll see. I also absolutely love the Olympian charms because I'm a huge nerd, so I might add one on (silver though, because the gold is crazy expensive).

Yea, that's right, YAY to HF :-D

So, if you're not a huge fan of tiffany's, i think you could probably just go out to jewelry stores and search for your locket that way. I think the design from Tiffany's is simple and you'd be likely to find something of that shape...i mean, it's just oval, right? And also you'd most likely get a better grade of gold than what Tiffany's has to offer. But...you also mentioned that you would probably want to pass this item down and the 'brand factor' is definitely nice. Definitely go out to jewelry stores to look around because you'd be able to broaden your selection.

:p

Yeah. Well, I've got it narrowed down to the two small lockets from Tiffany's and blue nile, which are the same price. Since I like the Tiffany shape better, and they cost the same, I'll probably go with that one. Plus, while I'm not a huge Tiffany's girl, when it's between that and a no-name brand, I'd pick the Tiffany's.

I'll scope out some jewelry stores to see what they have, but I think the price of gold is going to be pretty consistent throughout, and a good quality one will be pretty expensive. :sweatdrop:
