I am really disappointed with the seller. I tried contacting her with no response so I opened a claim. I guess they use the same pics over and over and not pics of the actual bags. The other bags I have gotten from her have been awesome. This one the leather is wrinkled at the top from being so thin. It is not top quality

Just a little word of warning. I know a lot of us have bought from that seller before with good results. This past experience was not so great. She did not respond to me until after I opened a claim with ebay. And even then she did not respond right away. She said it was the same bag pictured but it wasn't. My bag even had a plastic tag and the bag in the pic did not. She said she would resell the bag she sold me so be forewarned. She received the bag back and then contacted me that I should close the case BEFORE she would refund me. No way. I contacted ebay and they refunded me as they could see from our corespondence that she had the bag back.

Thanks for the warning. I hope you left her feedback that would warn others as well. I've always wondered if the pictures are of the exact bag she is selling.

Oh no, that's terrible. I am so sorry for your problems with her. She has always been super nice. I have noticed that the same pictures are posted all the time too. What a disappointment to not get the bag you are expecting.

She blatantly lied and said she knows it is the exact bag because she took the picture. And the black bag she has up now is the same exact picture in the last listing but she is reselling the wrinkled bag.

How disheartening to hear, are you going to leave negative feedback? Mine was a pretty good experience. I hate to hear yours wasn't. I know how much we love our LP bags. :hbeat:

I am not sure what I am doing yet. This was my 3rd time buying from her and the other 2 experiences were fine but it really annoyed me that she blatantly lied. I posted pics for the dispute showing it was not the bag.

FYI: There is a pink LP zip wallet on *Bay that is not as described. Listed in excellent condition, but when I bought it, it was dirty all around the edges and the inside zip pocket is dirty (their pics look perfect). I returned it and now it has been re-listed without disclosing the problems again.
