I asked the seller where they got it, this was the response:

"This beautiful purse was bought directly from Linea Pelle. The tag reads "SS Sample" -we're figuring this might mean "Spring Sample". We are able to purchase some of their newest handbags."

I kinda like it. I wish it wasn't just a sample.

I seem to recall hearing that they were having a sample sale recently so it sounds feasible. SS could also be Spring/Summer.

So I got the emerald croc satchel today and I have mixed feelings. The plus side, it's in beautiful perfect condition, the color is absolutely gorgeous and the seller was wonderful to work with. On the down side (for me personally) it's more slouchy than I was expecting, I should know to expect that from LP, in all the pics I'd seen of it it had a boxy appearance, in person without it being stuffed it's more like their speedy shape and completely puddles.

Hmmmm! I may keep my eye out for the shoulder bag as that might be a better choice for me. In the meantime, not sure if I will hang on to it, if I do I think it will become a travel bag. It has tons of room, my stuff didn't even halfway fill it up.

I'm a newcomer to this brand but the leather is absolutely stunning. Couldn't believe my luck when I emailed LP to see if the Lola was going to be redone, as I know it was very popular, and I received a reply they had someone who was selling one. I ended up buying it but now rethinking as it is a LARGE tote and I'm 5' 1" . any thoughts on when a bag looks too big? although my oroton jackie is nearly that size.

I have a cute and they're fun, though some run smaller than others. My wrist is just under 7 inches and a couple are kinda tight.

I have probably ten LP cuffs and love them. They are easy to wear with my outfits and the quality is pretty good.

JC and Linda (or anyone else that knows), could you please help me out? I bought a turquoise bracelet online but I'm not sure if it is authentic. The leather seems totally different than the leather on my LP bags and the edges are finished. It also seems like the turquoise color is just painted over whatever is underneath because you can see orange under some areas. Seems strange and I just want to compare to the cuffs/bracelets you have.

It's kind of hard to tell from your pics but my hunch is that it's authentic. The leather on the cuffs is different from the bags...it's not nearly as soft. As far as the finishing, some are more "finished" than others but overall they have an unfinished quality that is typical with LP products. I'll check mine and try to post some pics to compare.

Hmmm, I wonder if they changed how they do their cuffs? The leather is not finished on mine and from looking at the sides I can tell the color is all the way through. They are stiffer than the bags. I'll take pics for you in a bit when the sun comes out.
