Hey Carmelita, the lovely folks at AsterAlice.com went into the warehouse and took a photo for me of the 24 Hour Bag next to the Medium Tote. Posted it to my Facebook page. Now THAT is the kind of service I love!

FWIW, from the photo AA posted for me, there appears to be a HUGE difference in size/volume! I also looked at the LPCOLLECTION.COM site to check for the difference in the Vimeo videos they post, and while the 48 Hour bag is clearly larger (and thus a true weekender), the 24 Hour bag looks like it would be an actual overnighter. Probably a bit larger than the RM Morning After Bag, which is sort of what the 24 Hour bag reminds me of! Wish I were photo savvy enough to repost the photo AA posted to my FB page. You'd be surprised at the difference in the roominess.

However, based on the email I just got from AA.com, the FLASHSALE code that should work for the next 24 hours does not reduce the price at all. So I'm wondering if this is a "sign" that I am not meant to buy this bag.

Wow, that is absolutely amazing customer service from AsterAlice!!!

Hmmm, I'd call AA about the flash sale code not working. If I use FLASHSALE, I get $357 for the 24 hour bag. Let us know what you decide... I'm going to check out the videos on LP...

I just found an LP that I have been searching for, for a LONG time! A bittersweet Lola tote. I am so excited. :-) Anyone else have this tote? I hope I love it. That makes my LP collection complete.. for now. :-)

So I've been lurking for days, and I'm thinking of taking the plunge into LP. Just wondering how huge the Perry woven tote is? Is it too big for everyday? I have a RM Nikki now so I'm no stranger to big bags, but this one looks huge in pictures. TIA

^^^ That is such a pretty bag! There is one in bonz for a great price too. It looks like a HUGE bag to me. I think it would be better for travel or as a weekend bag not everyday. It did come in a smaller version though.

katielady - Here's my experience with the Perry woven tote: BIG Tote. I couldn't make it work for me, but I absolutely love the look of this bag. There is a "small" tote on the LP website that I have my eye on. That "small" is a large to my eye. But if you can make the large tote work, I'd snap it up. Its absolutely gorgeous!

I'm hoping LP will have more options for this weave in the spring. Its really beautiful and has a lot of potential....

Carmelita, you're right - the 24 Hour Bag is now showing up on AA at $357. Hard to beat that price, but in the light of day I'm able to resist... :-)

Going to wait it out for Spring bags. My Iron Dylan Medium Tote is really making me happy (even with the blue spots - still have not pushed the issue with Wilson's leather customer service...I know, I need to do that!). I also got the HH Biblio bag in black, so I feel like my medium-large bag thing is covered for the next few months.

I hope somebody snaps it up while it's this incredible bargain!

Thanks for all the advice girls:) I think I've decided against the large tote. The "small" tote is probably the perfect size but I'm torn right now between the perry woven hobo and the Dylan medium tote. I'm thinking one now, and the other one later, lol! I need to do some serious closet cleaning this week!!
