Yeah, it is unfair to have a sample sale for people who only live in one part of the country.

Since I missed out on the sample sale, I have made some online purchases! I ended up getting the Sybil tote in pink/espresso from the LP site for like $55 after 15% off and the points I had. I wish the Sybil had more pockets, but it will be useful when I need to carry a lot. I also got a taupe DMT from the bay, it's not here yet though.

Sweet! I want to see your taupe when you get it. I haven't seen pictures of it. I was thinking about getting a mini speedy, but I'm scared it will be too little for what I'm used to. Do you have one?

I do have one. I only use it when I need to carry the bare minimum, but I like that it still has an outside pocket and the same inside pockets as the regular size bags.

Thanks, good info. I think it may be too little for me. I am so used to a big bag. I wish I could see one IRL. There is nowhere around here that sells LP, nobody has ever even heard of it lol!

Yeah, I'm used to big bags too. I carry so much with me to work and the DMT is the perfect size. I also love them because even though they are spacious they are not heavy. Whenever I switch to another brand, I only carry it for a day or two before wanting to switch back to LP.

I live in CA and still never see linea pelle in stores and haven't seen anyone carrying the bags. Perhaps if I lived in LA it would be different.

Looking at Ink, I would be concerned about how much lighter the color is at the edges where the leather if unfinished. What I usually love about LP, is that when there is corner wear or something, you can't really tell because the leather is dyed through so that color underneath is pretty much the same as the outward leather color. However, if Ink indeed looks like that, then any wear will be really obvious. The bag still looks gorgeous to me, I just don't think I would get it unless I got a really good deal.

Now that is weird looking. I didn't notice it before. It is almost like the outside is purple, and the inner portion of the leather is blue. Maybe it's the pictures they took. I know the lime like we got doesn't look that color in their pictures. I wish they would come out with a wine color, or cognac.

Here is a picture from their Facebook, seems like it really does look like that.
