I think you hit the nail on the head. Lilly want the "stuff"...material possessions and doesn't care who gives them to her as long as she gets them and can live the life she wants. It seems that way anyway.
That horrible tacky ring is so meaningless. Jessica and Mike aren't engaged yet (though I seriously hope he gets on that soon) but their relationship seems so deep and significant. Like they would stick by each other through anything. Dhar seems like the type of guy who'd dump his woman for gaining 10 lbs (not that Lilly ever would), but you get my point.

Who takes all these pics of them? Did they hire a photographer to go on vacation w them??? So weird...
If they have kids, he'll end up suing her for them looking nothing like her (think pre-surgery)... just like that asian man who sued his wife for having an "ugly daughter" 
Me too!! My god, the whole thing is so embarrassing and these two don't even realize how stupid they look.
I think they're a good match for one another since they clearly share many of the same interests. I also think they look like good people underneath it all.
Living in areas like LA and having a good amount of disposable money can impact your priorities, especially when you're single. As long as they can grow together and shift their priorities to one another and possibly a family as time passes, they could stay together for a long time.
