I saw the group on Anderson's show today... I much prefer the one who put money under the concrete at her front door... she seems very interesting and more substantial than Lily, who looks silly with all the makeup and overly white, too perfect veneers. As much as Lily is the most outrageous looking, I don't think she is the star of the show.
But I must admit, they look like an interesting bunch.

That top lip is suspicious, maybe not an implant, but injections?
i do think they all dye their hair pitch black. It doesn't look like a natural black.
