Wow! I am sorry. I returned a purse once by mail and it took about a week after it was delivered to receive the exchange. So, in total 10 days.
Oh my gosh - shoot, I really want the lilac soho hobo & was going to buy it soon, actually!
Do you have any other pictures of it?
And does anyone else have it/have the same problem? Or are you pleased with it?
That's SUCH a bummer - it's such a pretty color on the website, and even in the catalog it's a little more subdued but I don't want to buy it if there's significant discoloration.
