I received my mini bucket bag in cammello today, but it arrived with a dent in the lower part of one of the sides 
I'm kind of shocked that MG doesn't bother stuffing the inside of the bags at all, even if they do ship in a box 
I tried contacting MG customer service, but they said the dent would reshape itself once I start using the bag and that they don't consider it to be a defect.
Have others had dents/misshapen parts in their vegetable tanned leather bags reshape over time? The leather seems really stiff, so I'm not sure that the dent would really go away permanently, since it just goes right back to being dented even if I try pushing out a bit from the inside of the bag.

Thanks for the tip. There was also some leather damage (a large pock mark where the surface of the leather seems to have been scraped off?), but MG ignored that part of my email... I will try to send them better pics, though. If I don't end up getting a replacement, I'll definitely try stuffing the bag.
I received my 2 regular bucket bags today too, yey! I got rosa and sand and they are pretty similar, both light colors, but since I had no light colored bags until now, I think I will get to use both of them quite a lot.
To be honest, I like more the sand color although rosa is probably the most popular one, it is a bit harder to match with clothes than sand. Sand is very neutral and works well with almost anything. I super excited about both though overall!

Was thinking about the same, getting the rosa in mini, pink is more of a mini bag color ... I think I'm going to keep it for now though, might sell it later if I don't really wear it. I think it might go nice with a gray coat

I just got a rosa bucket in mini mini. It is so cute and there is a smell but not bad at all. My calf leather is flawless but a bit more matte than shiny as another poster mentioned about the latest batch of calf bags. One thing that surprised me was the calf rosa color isn't as pink as the interior rosa. It's more neutral than I was expecting. Do you guys feel the same?
I have the same issue with my regular rosa bucket being lighter and Matter than the pictures show. There is a smell but not too strong . So I suppose the whole batch is the same ?
I used Apple leather conditioner and seems help with the Matt a little better . But I agree I always expect the sheen leather for calf coated ones.
I do notice that there are some creases along the top of the bag where you need to close up with straps , hope it won't peel in the future . Honestly I'm little disappointed with this bag .
Pre-ordered a mini rosa in saffiano as well, waiting to see how that one turns out
Mine is also more matte now that I think about it. I hadn't notice that up until seeing the comments here. Does any of you girls have the older batch calf leather bags to compare? Is the calf leather shinier in the old batches?
I don't mind the leather being matte, especially on the sand bag, I am wearing that as my daily bag and matte is good, it gives a more casual vibe. Maybe I would've wanted the rosa one to be shinier, I like it matte too though...

Yeah, I can see how the size can be a problem with such a structured bag especially if you don't normally carry bigger bags. It works for me, I like to have a bit more room in my bags and it's not overly large to look oversized on me. I am 5'3".
