Mine are older models, and I insist that MKs older bags were just better made for some reason. I think it is because he has become so huge and is mass producing in large quantities, cutting many corners.However, I have seen that type of leather used on some of the older models as well, so who knows? lol! I exchanged it today and got the dusty rose traveler!! 😊😊💗 dusty rose looks way better on the traveler and it was brand new from the back happy camper!! Now if I can get the coach metallic traveler out of my head. I'm not a coach girl but this bag is beautiful
I agree with mass production .. They don't make them like like they use too



OK I need to officially be grounded I just walked back in and got my coach metallic cherry bag whole boy

That's SaWEET!! Love it! Fringe bags are not only 'cool' but they are very Western / Ameicana. Fringe derived from the Native Americans and will always be in style. An old Indian once told me that the reason they wore fringe on their coats, pants, boots etc, was to catch the rain. The water will bead up in the fringe and blow off , keeping you dry. The Native americans had a reason for everything thing they did. It really does work as I got caught in the rain with a fringe leather jacket on, while riding on our Harley. The water blew off of my fringes and kept my leather completely dry. It will protect you bag, as well, watch and see.
